Wrestling Observer Radio with Dave Meltzer and myself, guest co-host Garrett Gonzales, is back.
We begin the show talking about the Young Bucks winning the AAA tag team titles at Rey de Reyes. We also discuss the big news coming out of the ROH tapings concerning the ROH title match at Madison Square Garden. Then, we move onto the New Japan Cup where two more second round matches were held, including a big matchup between Zack Sabre Jr. and Kota Ibushi.
We change the subject to talk about Michael Bisping going into the UFC Hall of Fame. And then we recap the UFC on ESPN+ 5 show featuring Darren Till vs. Jorge Masvidal in the main event. We finish up the show with the rest of the news in pro wrestling and then quickly discuss the big boxing match from Saturday night.
