WWE WrestleMania Backlash PPV announced for May

WWE’s May pay-per-view has now been officially confirmed.
The Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island announced today that WrestleMania Backlash 2022 will take place at the venue on Sunday, May 8. This will be the second straight year that WWE has used “WrestleMania Backlash” as the name of its May PPV.

Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, Ronda Rousey, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks are featured on the WrestleMania Backlash graphic that the Dunkin’ Donuts Center posted on social media.
When WWE revealed its 2022 PPV schedule last October, the May 8 date at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center was included but the name of the show had yet to be revealed.
A pre-sale for WrestleMania Backlash tickets will take place from Wednesday, February 16 to Thursday, February 17. Tickets will then officially go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Eastern time on Friday, February 18.
