WWE: Three of our performers have been diagnosed with viral infection

After announcing some major shakeups to the TLC card earlier this afternoon, WWE issued a statement to ESPN about the reason behind the changes.
“We have confirmed that three of our performers have been diagnosed with a viral infection,” a WWE representative told ESPN. “As a precautionary measure, we are ensuring in-ring performers and staff are tested and immunized in accordance with recommended medical guidelines.”
The company revealed earlier this afternoon that Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt won’t be wrestling at Sunday’s pay-per-view due to medical issues that are impacting them. Reigns had been scheduled to team with Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose against The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus, Braun Strowman & Kane in the show’s tables, ladders, and chairs main event but will now be replaced by Kurt Angle.
Stepping in for Wyatt is AJ Styles, who will now be facing Finn Balor at the otherwise Raw-exclusive PPV. Our Bryan Alvarez tweeted that their match is currently scheduled to get a good amount of time on Sunday and that creative is working on big changes for Raw with Reigns out.
Wyatt, Bo Dallas, and Jojo have been off of TV in recent weeks, with Dallas sidelined by an undisclosed illness. Reigns wrestled Strowman in a steel cage match in the main event of last Monday’s episode of Raw.
