WWE SmackDown video highlights: The Bloodline take out Styles & Cena

AJ Styles and John Cena were left decimated by The Bloodline on last night’s SmackDown.

The episode was supposed to be headline by a contract signing for Cena & Styles vs. Solo Sikoa & Jimmy Uso at Fastlane. But before Styles could make it out for the signing, he was attacked by Sikoa and Jimmy backstage. The attack included Sikoa jumping off equipment and splashing Styles through a table.

Styles was stretchered out and taken away by ambulance as part of the angle.

Cena was already in the ring and had signed the contract for Fastlane. He tried to fight off Sikoa and Jimmy on his own, but they left him laying too. Sikoa gave Cena two Samoan Spikes and Jimmy hit a splash from the top rope.

Sikoa and Jimmy then signed the contract for Fastlane, meaning that Cena needs to find a partner for the match. It appears that LA Knight was going to be revealed as Cena’s partner, but Knight missed SmackDown last night due to testing positive for COVID-19.

Fastlane is taking place in Indianapolis on Saturday, October 7.
