WWE SmackDown video highlights: Stephanie McMahon, Brock Lesnar appear

Last night’s SmackDown took place on the same day that Vince McMahon announced his retirement from WWE.

Stephanie McMahon, who is now one of WWE’s co-CEOs alongside Nick Khan, opened last night’s show and addressed the crowd. After giving a brief speech about her father’s retirement, Stephanie led the fans in a “Thank You, Vince” chant.

Brock Lesnar walked out before SmackDown when he heard about Vince’s retirement, but Lesnar ended up returning and being involved in the show-closing angle. He laid out Theory after The Street Profits & Madcap Moss defeated The Usos & Theory by disqualification in the main event.

Plus, SmackDown Women’s Champion Liv Morgan and Ronda Rousey went face-to-face, Gunther helped Ludwig Kaiser defeat Shinsuke Nakamura, and more.
