WWE SmackDown video highlights: Reigns vs. Murphy
On last night’s SmackDown, Buddy Murphy had his first televised match on the show since joining its roster in April.
Murphy faced Roman Reigns on the episode. Reigns won after hitting a spear, but Murphy shined with the performance he put in. Reigns tweeted after the match: “Meant every word I said about @WWE_Murphy in the ring. He said he wanted a fight and he got one. Tonight was my night, but I’m sure it won’t be the last time I’ll stand across from you. #SDLive #SecretsOut”
Later in the show, Rowan beat Murphy down until he would say that he lied about Rowan being Reigns’ mystery attacker. Daniel Bryan & Rowan denied being involved in the attacks and claimed that they will reveal the real culprit next week.
The New Day faced off with Randy Orton & The Revival in last night’s main event. Orton then hit RKOs on all three members of New Day.
Charlotte Flair defeated Trish Stratus at SummerSlam, while Ember Moon lost to Bayley. Last night, Charlotte took on Moon and got another win.
