WWE SmackDown video highlights: Old Fashion Donnybrook

While last night’s SmackDown was the go-home show for SummerSlam, it also included a match with Clash at the Castle implications.
Drew McIntyre defeated Sheamus in an “Old Fashion Donnybrook” match to earn an Undisputed WWE Universal Championship shot at Clash at the Castle in Cardiff, Wales this September. McIntyre overcame interference by Ridge Holland and Butch to win the Irish-themed no disqualification match.
As McIntyre was being interviewed after the Donnybrook, he was ambushed by Money in the Bank briefcase holder Theory. But McIntyre returned the favor later in the night by laying out Theory with a Claymore. Theory attacked Brock Lesnar in the main event segment but fled the ring when Lesnar fought off the attack. McIntyre then blindsided Theory with the Claymore.
The show ended with McIntyre and Lesnar having a staredown. Lesnar is challenging Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship in a Last Man Standing match at SummerSlam tonight.
