WWE SmackDown video highlights: Lesnar takes over Reigns’ locker room

A show-long storyline on last night’s SmackDown saw Brock Lesnar take over Roman Reigns’ locker room as he waited for Reigns to arrive at the arena.

Lesnar was still out for retribution after being attacked and bloodied by Reigns at WWE’s Madison Square Garden house show earlier this month. After destroying Reigns’ car last week, Lesnar revealed that he wasn’t supposed to have any contact with Reigns last night unless he was provoked. So, Lesnar decided to take over Reigns’ locker room until Reigns got to the show and provoked him.

Reigns and Paul Heyman later appeared via video, with Reigns warning Lesnar that he was going to crack Lesnar’s head open if he didn’t get out of Reigns’ locker room.

Lesnar responded by refusing to get out of the locker room. Lesnar wanted Reigns to get to SmackDown soon — because he was running out of things to smash in there.

When Reigns finally arrived, he went to the ring and said he was going to put Lesnar’s head through the wall if Lesnar was still in his locker room. It was revealed that Lesnar had destroyed the locker room but wasn’t in there anymore. Lesnar then smashed the windows on Reigns’ SUV.

As Reigns waited for Lesnar to come out to the ring, Lesnar surprised Reigns by coming through the crowd. Lesnar grabbed a steel chair, but a group of security guards attempted to stop him from getting into the ring. Lesnar took out the security guards with chair shots, but Reigns retreated from the ring before Lesnar could get to him.

Reigns said Lesnar will acknowledge him as the undisputed WWE Universal Champion at WrestleMania.

Reigns and Lesnar are facing off in a winner-take-all title unification match in the main event of WrestleMania 38 night two on Sunday, April 3. Both are set to appear on Raw’s WrestleMania go-home show this coming Monday.
