WWE SmackDown video highlights: Bryan unveils sustainable title belt

Daniel Bryan introduced a sustainable and eco-friendly WWE Championship belt on SmackDown’s post-Royal Rumble episode.

The main event segment saw Bryan throw the old title belt in the trash and unveil his new one, which he said is made from “100 percent sustainable, organic hemp” and naturally-fallen oak. He was interrupted by AJ Styles, Randy Orton, Jeff Hardy, Samoa Joe, and Mustafa Ali, which set up Triple H announcing that Bryan will defend his title against those five wrestlers in an Elimination Chamber match next month.

Becky Lynch appeared at the start of the show and brawled with Charlotte Flair. The storyline included Lynch refusing medical attention, with her saying that she doesn’t need to spend more time on the shelf.

There was also a title change on the episode. R-Truth defeated Shinsuke Nakamura to win the United States Championship. He defended the title against Rusev after that but was then attacked by Rusev and Nakamura.
