WWE SmackDown ratings up for Money in the Bank fallout

Friday night’s WWE SmackDown averaged 2.355 million viewers on Fox, up 4.4 percent from the previous week. It’s the largest audience total for the show since April 12, the first episode after WrestleMania.

In the 18-49 demo, SmackDown topped all of television in prime time with a 0.70 rating. That’s up 6.1 percent from the prior week. It’s the highest rating the show has done in that category since June 21 and is the second largest since April 12.

SmackDown nearly tripled the next highest rated show (Jeopardy on ABC) in the demo. The biggest sports competition was an NBA Summer League game on ESPN that did 514,000 viewers.

As compared to the same week in 2023, SmackDown’s overall viewership was up two percent while its 18-49 rating was up 12.9 percent.
