WWE SmackDown draws best demo rating since September

Friday night’s SmackDown averaged 2.255 million viewers on Fox, up 3.7 percent from the previous week. It’s the third-best audience for the show since September 10.

In the 18-49 demo, SmackDown drew a 0.64 rating, up 14.3 percent from the January 14 episode. SmackDown finished second on television in that category.

That’s SmackDown’s best rating in the 18-49 demo since the September 10 episode, which was a loaded up broadcast from Madison Square Garden.

SmackDown led all of television with a 0.39 rating in the 18-34 demo. It was up 11.4 percent from the prior week in that category.

As compared to the same week in 2021, SmackDown’s overall audience was down 5.4 percent, but the 18-49 number was up 1.6 percent.
