WWE SmackDown, AEW Rampage viewerships increase due to reporting error

Due to a reporting error with Nielsen, viewership and 18-49 ratings for last Friday’s AEW Rampage and WWE SmackDown were re-released Thursday.
WWE SmackDown
The June 17th SmackDown on Fox averaged 2.389 million, up from the 2.290 million previously reported.
Aside from the New Year’s Eve show in 2020, which had the benefit of an NFL lead-in, it’s the largest audience for the show since April 3, 2020.
SmackDown also averaged a 0.62 rating in 18-49, which was up from the previously reported 0.57. That’s the best rating in that category since January 26th of this year.
AEW Rampage
AEW Rampage averaged 369,000 viewers. While the number was up 11.5% from the previously reported number, the end result is the third lowest audience in the history of the show and the smallest in the regular time slot.
The show averaged a 0.12 in 18-49, up 20% from the previously reported number. However, that also represents a series low in the regular time slot but was not the lowest rating ever as had been previously reported.
