WWE Raw video highlights: Raw’s final build to Survivor Series

On the final Raw before Survivor Series, a change was made to one of the teams for Sunday’s pay-per-view.

It was announced that Austin Theory is taking Rey Mysterio’s place on Raw’s Survivor Series men’s team. The men’s traditional Survivor Series elimination match will be Raw’s Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Kevin Owens, Bobby Lashley & Theory vs. SmackDown’s Drew McIntyre, Jeff Hardy, Xavier Woods, Baron Corbin, and a partner to be determined.

The change was made by WWE official Adam Pearce after Lashley defeated Mysterio in last night’s main event. Lashley submitted Mysterio with the Hurt Lock and then refused to let go of the hold. Pearce announced that, for the well-being of both Team Raw and Mysterio, he was removing Mysterio from the team.

Pearce originally said he was going to name Mysterio’s replacement at a later date. But after Theory attacked Dominik Mysterio, Pearce said he liked Theory’s style and gave Theory the spot.

Balor and Owens also faced off on last night’s show.

Becky Lynch responded to Charlotte Flair last night before being interrupted by Liv Morgan. Plus, as a message from Roman Reigns, The Usos attacked Big E in the episode’s opening segment. That led to a tag match with Big E & Riddle facing The Usos. It became a six-man tag between Big E & RK-Bro and Rollins & The Usos after Rollins got involved.

Rollins pinned Riddle to win the six-man tag, but Jey Uso was laid out with an RKO and the Big Ending after the match. Big E called it his return message to Reigns ahead of Survivor Series.
