WWE Raw video highlights: Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins

At the end of last night’s Raw, Seth Rollins was still left without a path to WrestleMania 38.

There was a show-long storyline last night where Rollins tried to secure his WrestleMania spot. The plan that he came up with was to steal Kevin Owens’ idea — he was going to host a talk show with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin at WrestleMania.

Owens wasn’t happy with Rollins taking his plan. Rollins proposed a match between the two to decide who would get to have the WrestleMania talk show. Owens turned him down, but Sonya Deville said she liked the idea of the match and made Owens vs. Rollins official for last night’s main event.

Rollins appeared to have Owens beat with a roll-up, but the referee was out of position and late counting the pin. Rollins took too much time arguing with the ref, leading to Owens getting the win with a stunner when Rollins went for a stomp.

In a possible reference to Cody Rhodes, Corey Graves said on commentary that Rollins’ WrestleMania hopes and dreams were “dashed” with the loss to Owens. Jimmy Smith said Rollins’ vision had become a “nightmare.”
