WWE Raw video highlights: Jey Uso rejects The Judgment Day

The Judgment Day’s recruitment of Jey Uso is over.

After weeks of trying to get him on their side, Jey rejected Judgment Day on Raw last night. It initially seemed like Jey was going to join the group. During his match against Drew McIntyre, Judgment Day interfered on Jey’s behalf. Jey gave Damian Priest a fist bump — but he then dropped Priest with a superkick. Jey followed up with superkicks to both Finn Balor and Dominik Mysterio.

That caused Jey to lose last night’s main event. With Jey’s attention turned to Judgment Day, McIntyre capitalized on the situation by hitting a Claymore on Jey for the victory.

Judgment Day attempted to beat down Jey after the match. McIntyre had the chance to help Jey. He thought about it but hesitated to make the save. Cody Rhodes, one of the only people who trusts Jey, instead ran out and helped Jey fight off Judgment Day. Rhodes and Jey shook hands before the show went off the air.

Earlier in the night, there was a match where Rhodes defeated Dominik. Judgment Day were going to attack Rhodes after the match but bailed when Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn ran down. Rhodes and Zayn continued to try and talk Owens into giving Jey a second chance, but Owens still can’t trust Jey.
