WWE Raw ratings up on road to WrestleMania 38

With an easier night of competition than it has had in recent weeks, Raw placed first in the 18-49 rankings with 1.77 million viewers overall and an 0.50 rating in 18-49.

Raw was far ahead of second place Below Deck on Bravo that did 964,000 viewers and an 0.32. ESPN aired two games from the women’s’ NCAA tournament, the early game doing 825,000 viewers and an 0.18, the late game doing 1.14 million viewers and an 0.26.

Raw was second to Below Deck in women 18-49, nearly doubled everything else in men 18-49, won 18-34, was second in women 12-34, and more than doubled everything on cable in men 12-34.

Once again, it was the second hour that was the highest rated, back into a pattern that is more frequent during daylight saving time.

Raw was 14th in total viewers, behind only news shows.

Raw was up four percent in viewers from last week, which was a show with NBA competition that beat Raw. It was up five percent in 18-49 and up 19 percent in 18-34.

As compared to last year, Raw was down three percent in viewers, down five percent in 18-49, but up 25 percent in 18-49. It should be noted that Raw is in nine percent fewer homes this year, so as far as the actual rating based on who has access to the show, it was up in both viewers and 18-49.

Raw beat ABC programming in hour three in 18-49, beat CBS programming based on ratings in homes available, and beat NBC the entire night.

When it came to first-to-third hour movement, women 18-49 were down six percent, men 18-49 were up three percent, teenage girls were down 38 percent, teenage boys were down three percent, and people over 50 were down nine percent.

The three hours were:

• 9 p.m. 1.87 million viewers
• 10 p.m. 1.66 million viewers
