WWE Raw ratings get a post-Money in the Bank bump

Raw last night, getting the PPV bump from Money in the Bank, was up six percent to 2.90 million viewers.

It was the best number the show has done since April 30, although it’s also lower than every episode from the end of football season through April 30.

Raw was third for the night on cable, trailing Hannity on Fox News at 3.40 million viewers and The Five on Fox News at 2.92 million viewers.

Coming off the PPV, the first hour was the most-watched slightly, rather than usual summer patterns where it is the second hour. The third hour dropped, as usual, but it wasn’t one of the bigger drops.

It was also back to the usual pattern where most of the third hour decline was with women.

The three hours were:

  • 8 p.m. 3.00 million viewers
  • 9 p.m. 2.98 million viewers
  • 10 p.m. 2.73 million viewers
