WWE employees told Vince McMahon’s return won’t change day-to-day operations

In the wake of Vince McMahon’s return to the company’s board of directors, WWE held an employee meeting on Friday.
Stephanie McMahon, Nick Khan, and company CFO & CAO, Frank Riddick led the ten-minute meeting on zoom. Talent were not included on the call.
Our own Bryan Alvarez noted that employees were told there will be no changes to the company’s day-to-day operations.
Alvarez wrote:

According to reports by FightfulSelect and PWInsider, Vince McMahon’s return to the WWE board of directors was officially announced at the meeting. Employees were told there will also not be any changes to the management team or their responsibilities including the roles held by Paul Levesque, Stephanie McMahon, and Nick Khan.
Vince McMahon’s return to the board was pushed as a positive for the company. It was noted that having the majority owner and everyone on the same page will help maximize WWE’s potential regarding a sale or rights fee negotiations.
The possibility of the company being sold was pushed as something positive. They also said they would be looking at offers before negotiating new media rights deals.
It was also mentioned during the meeting that one “possible avenue” the company could take involved it being taken private again. However, this was just one of many options talked about.
Questions from employees were not taken during the meeting.
