Bayley auctioning ring gear to benefit victims of Texas floods
WWE star Bayley is pitching in to help fundraising efforts after a tragic situation unfolded in Texas over the weekend.
Bayley announced she will be auctioning off the ring gear she wore on the June 23 episode of Raw to benefit victims of the Central Texas floods that happened on Fourth of July weekend. More than 80 people were killed in the floods, including 27 campers and counselors from the all-girls Camp Mystic in Kerr County.
“I’ll be putting this gear up for auction. All proceeds will go directly to the families impacted by the heartbreaking tragedy that happened at Camp Mystic girls summer camp,” Bayley wrote. “Please stay tuned for auction link this week, thank you.”
The auction has not been started yet. Bayley shared a GoFundMe campaign where people can donate to help families of the Camp Mystic tragedy.
Bayley faced Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch in a title match on the June 23 Raw episode. It ended in a disqualification, setting up Lynch vs. Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria in a triple threat match for the belt at WWE Evolution on July 13.
