WWE Bad Blood to have earlier start time because of UFC 307

October 5 will be a big night for TKO Group Holdings.

UFC 307 is scheduled for that night at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The pay-per-view portion of the show will begin at 10 p.m. Eastern time.

WWE Bad Blood is also scheduled for October 5, 2024. Advertisements for the show have it starting at 6 p.m. Eastern time rather than 7 p.m. According to PWInsider, this is not a typo and the show will start earlier than normal to avoid going directly head-to-head with the UFC show that night.

Bad Blood will take place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

This will be the fourth-ever WWE Bad Blood and the first in 20 years. It will take place 27 years to the date of the original event, In Your House: Bad Blood, on October 5, 1997. The show was headlined by Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker in the first-ever Hell in a Cell match, which also featured the debut of Taker’s storyline brother, Kane.

Bad Blood PPVs were also held in 2003 and 2004 with both shows featuring Hell in a Cell matches.
