WALTER vs. Kassius Ohno set for EVOLVE 136

NXT’s Kassius Ohno has been added to this month’s EVOLVE events in New York City.

Ohno vs. Josh Briggs is set for EVOLVE 135 in Brooklyn on Friday, September 20. Ohno vs. WALTER will then take place at EVOLVE 136 in Queens on Saturday, September 21.

Ohno defeated Briggs when they faced each other at EVOLVE 128 in May. Briggs is challenging for Austin Theory’s EVOLVE Championship at EVOLVE 136.

It was announced on Wednesday that WALTER will be in action at EVOLVE 135 and EVOLVE 136. He’ll face JD Drake in Brooklyn prior to his match against Ohno in Queens. WALTER’s WWE United Kingdom Championship won’t be on the line in either match.

The Saint Finbar Catholic Church Gym in Brooklyn is hosting EVOLVE 135. EVOLVE 136 will be held at La Boom in Queens. Ohno, WALTER, Theory, Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Candice LeRae, Babatunde, and Arturo Ruas will be available for meet-and-greets at both shows.
