VIDEO: Bad Bunny, Rey Mysterio appear on ‘The Late Late Show’

Bad Bunny and Rey Mysterio performed in a sketch on The Late Late Show on Tuesday.
Bunny took part in a carpool karaoke segment with host James Corden and was asked about his love of wrestling. Mysterio was later brought out to wrestle a quick match with Corden.
Bad Bunny said:
I love wrestling ever since I was a kid. In my songs, I have a lot of wrestling references. WWE said, ‘Woah, this guy is a fan of us so we should [do] something with him.’ So, they ask, ‘You want to be a referee, you want to be at the side?’ And I said, ‘I want to fight.’
When asked if he was nervous performing in a WWE ring, Bunny responded:
I was, I really was. That day, I’m not 100% sure but I think it was the best day of my life.
Bunny teamed with Damian Priest and defeated The Miz & John Morrison at WrestleMania 37. He also participated in the men’s 2022 Royal Rumble match.

Corden and Bad Bunny then performed a sketch where Bunny taught Corden some wrestling moves, including a Camel Clutch and Ankle Lock. Bunny then brought out Rey Mysterio to help with Corden’s training.
Corden would exit and re-enter the scene dressed in a cape and purple mask. Shortly after, Mysterio pinned Corden in an impromptu match with a sunset flip.
Bad Bunny’s WWE career continues on May 6, 2023, when he will serve as host of WWE Backlash from Coliseo de Puerto Rico Jose Miguel Agrelot in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
