Two matches, talk show segment announced for next WWE SmackDown
A pair of matches, plus a Grayson Waller Effect talk show segment are set for the Friday, June 14 WWE SmackDown.
As revealed during this week’s show, Queen of the Ring Nia Jax will be in action on next week’s SmackDown against Michin. The match for next Friday was set up with a backstage confrontation between Michin and Jax on this week’s episode.
Another women’s division contest is also set for next week, as Naomi will go one-on-one with Chelsea Green. Naomi is aligned in storyline with WWE Women’s Champion Bayley, while Green is aligned with Bayley’s Clash at the Castle opponent Piper Niven.
Grayson Waller will host The Grayson Waller Effect on next Friday’s show with guests Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa of DIY. An A-Town Down Under vs. DIY feud has played out in recent weeks on SmackDown, including Waller defeating Gargano on this week’s episode.
Next week’s SmackDown is the go-home show for next Saturday’s Clash at the Castle event. The announced card for the Friday, June 14 SmackDown:
