Two matches set for next week’s WWE SmackDown
A pair of singles matches are set for the October 14 episode of WWE SmackDown.
Stemming from a trios match on this week’s show, Kofi Kingston will face Sami Zayn next week. Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Braun Strowman defeated Zayn and The Usos on this week’s SmackDown.
Also announced for next week, LA Knight will take on mån.sôör of Maximum Male Models. Knight cemented his turn on the Maximum Male Models in a backstage segment on this week’s episode, reverting to his Knight ring name after being known as Max Dupri as part of the MMM group.
Next week’s SmackDown will also feature the fallout from the Extreme Rules premium live event set for Saturday, October 8. Liv Morgan will defend the SmackDown Women’s Championship against Ronda Rousey at Extreme Rules in the only SmackDown title match on the show.
