Triple H to wrestle at WWE’s house show in Chile on Sunday

With Kevin Owens off of the remainder of the tour and AJ Styles returning to the United States to face Finn Balor at TLC, WWE has lined up a big replacement for tomorrow’s house show in Santiago, Chile.
The company revealed today that Triple H is heading to Santiago and will be in action at Sunday’s show at the Movistar Arena. The match will be the first time Triple H has wrestled since WrestleMania 33 in April, where he lost to Seth Rollins to conclude their feud. WWE has yet to reveal who Triple H will be facing at the show in Chile.
Triple H tweeted about the news: “My boots are packed and I’m coming for a fight. #WWESantiago, I’m headed your way. Chile, get ready…it’s #GameTime”
The SmackDown roster has been in South America for house shows in Argentina and Chile this weekend. After wrestling at their first show in Buenos Aires, WWE announced that Kevin Owens would be missing the rest of the tour due to personal reasons.
Owens clarified why he had to leave the tour in a tweet today, writing that his family needed him at home and thanking WWE and the fans in Argentina and Chile for their support and understanding.
Styles missed the first show in Buenos Aires due to what was reported as stomach issues before then wrestling last night. He’ll be back in the United States for Sunday’s TLC pay-per-view as he faces Balor in one of the show’s matches that was put together on short notice due to health issues that are impacting Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns.
