Three matches announced for next week’s WWE SmackDown

Three matches have been announced for the Friday, January 27 WWE SmackDown show. 

Rey Mysterio is set to take on Karrion Kross in singles competition next week. In a backstage promo on this week’s episode hyping the Mysterio match, Kross also revealed that he will be entering the Royal Rumble match on January 28. 

A pair of Tag title contender’s tournament semifinal matches are also set for next week’s show. 

Drew McIntyre and Sheamus will face Hit Row’s Top Dolla and Ashonte Adonis in one semifinal bout. McIntyre and Sheamus beat The Viking Raiders, while Hit Row scored a win over Los Lotharios to set up the match. 

In the other semifinal match, Imperium’s Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci will take on Legado Del Fantasma’s Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro. Imperium defeated Ridge Holland and Butch on Friday’s show, while Wilde and Del Toro were victorious over Maximum Male Models.
