New Day to defend Tag Team titles on next WWE Raw, special start time
The New Day will defend their World Tag Team titles on next Monday’s WWE Raw, a show with a special start time.
Raw GM Adam Pearce revealed during this week’s Raw the Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods of The New Day will defend their World Tag Team titles against Finn Balor and JD McDonagh of The Judgment Day on the Monday, June 30 episode. The match was announced during a backstage segment.
In addition, next week’s Raw from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania will begin at the special start time of 6 p.m. Eastern time. The earlier start is to accommodate the SmackDown taping taking place following Raw. WWE will be taping the Friday, July 4 SmackDown that night.
