Tag title match, Bliss segment, Cena, Lesnar & Braun set for WWE Raw

Tonight’s New Year’s Eve episode of Raw included a few announcements for the first Raw of 2019.

– Bobby Roode & Chad Gable will defend their Raw Tag Team titles against The Revival on next week’s episode. Roode & Gable also defended their titles against The Revival on last week’s Raw, with the storyline being that Scott Dawson was pinned despite Dash Wilder being the legal man.

– Alexa Bliss will host a new talk show segment called “A Moment of Bliss” next Monday. Ronda Rousey will be her guest. Rousey teamed with Natalya to defeat Nia Jax & Tamina in this week’s main event.

– John Cena, Brock Lesnar, and Braun Strowman will all be appearing next week. Before that, Cena’s return to WWE TV will air on tomorrow’s New Year’s Day SmackDown. Lesnar is set to defend his Universal Championship against Strowman at the Royal Rumble on January 27.

Next week’s Raw is taking place at the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida.
