Styles vs. Alexander US title match set for WWE Clash of Champions

AJ Styles and Cedric Alexander are officially set to face off at Clash of Champions.

Coming out of last night’s Raw, WWE has announced that Styles will defend his United States Championship against Alexander at Sunday’s pay-per-view. It’s taking place at the Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Alexander pinned Styles in the main event of Raw last night. Alexander teamed with Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman & The Viking Raiders against Styles, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson, Dolph Ziggler & Robert Roode.

The O.C. (Styles, Gallows & Anderson) attacked Alexander during a backstage segment on last week’s Raw. Alexander initially faced Styles in a non-title singles match last night, with The Viking Raiders making the save after Gallows and Anderson caused a disqualification.
