Shinsuke Nakamura segment announced for WWE Raw

Shinsuke Nakamura is set to speak on WWE Raw this Monday night.

WWE has announced that we’ll hear from Nakamura on Monday’s episode of Raw. During the segment, we’ll find out why Nakamura turned heel by attacking Seth Rollins this past Monday.

Nakamura teamed with Rollins & Cody Rhodes to defeat The Judgment Day in a six-man tag main event on Raw earlier this week. But after the match ended, Nakamura blindsided Rollins with a Kinshasa.

Sami Zayn was originally supposed to team with Rollins & Rhodes in the match but was attacked backstage by JD McDonagh. Nakamura, who had already defeated Bronson Reed earlier in the night, approached Rollins and offered to replace Zayn.

It appears that Nakamura will be an upcoming challenger for Rollins’ World Heavyweight Championship. Rollins retained the title against Finn Balor at SummerSlam following more dissension within Judgment Day.

Raw is taking place from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on Monday. The episode will also feature a grudge match between Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus.
