Roxanne Perez officially joins WWE Raw roster

Roxanne Perez is officially called up to the main roster.

It was announced on social media shortly before Raw that the former NXT Women’s Champion has been called up to Raw. In a video, Raw GM Adam Pearce was seen handing Perez a contract, which she signed. She will take part in a triple threat Money in the Bank qualifier on Monday, facing Natalya and Becky Lynch.

Perez’s official call-up had been months in the making, as she made main roster appearances at the Royal Rumble and also qualified for the WWE Elimination Chamber in February. Following WrestleMania, she and Giulia formed a short-term alliance to go after Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. After they lost a tag match to SKY & Ripley on last week’s Raw, Giulia officially ended their team, later becoming the newest member of the SmackDown roster.

After a notable run in Ring of Honor and becoming the first ROH Women’s Champion, Perez signed with WWE in 2022 and quickly established herself as a top star on the brand, winning the NXT Women’s Championship on two occasions and the NXT Women’s Tag Team titles with Cora Jade.
