Ronda Rousey is returning to WWE imminently.

On Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that Rousey will be returning as soon as Saturday’s Royal Rumble, although it isn’t known if she will be in the match or in an angle following the match.

Meltzer also had details on what brand Rousey would be on and who she may face at WrestleMania.

“She’s back,” Meltzer said. “She’s going to be back as a regular on SmackDown. But she’ll probably do some Raw shows. I think she will be on Raw on Monday. That’s kind of what has been hinted at to me.”

He was originally told Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair was not the direction, but he updated that story Saturday.

Meltzer also said that Rousey is expected to be with the company for one year.

“A year is the deal I heard,” Meltzer said. “I don’t know if she will be there every week, but it’s not just the Rumble, a WrestleMania match then gone, it’s more than that.”

Rousey has not wrestled since WrestleMania 35, where she lost the Raw Women’s title to Lynch in a three-way match that also involved Flair.
