Rhea Ripley vs. Nia Jax title match set for WWE Elimination Chamber

Rhea Ripley will defend the WWE Women’s World Championship against Nia Jax at Elimination Chamber. 

The title match for February 24 was made official during Monday’s Raw in an angle where Ripley demanded the match from Raw GM Adam Pearce. Jax then attacked Ripley and hit her Annihilator finisher to leave the champion laying. 

Another bout was officially announced for Elimination Chamber on Monday, as a women’s Chamber match at the event. will decide the Women’s World title challenger for WrestleMania 40. Becky Lynch became the first star to qualify for that contest with a win over Shayna Baszler on Raw. Liv Morgan will take on Zoey Stark in another qualifying match on next week’s episode. 

DIY’s Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa also came one step closer to challenging for the Undisputed Tag Team titles at Elimination Chamber with a win in a four-way match on Raw. They will now face Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate on SmackDown to decide which team will challenge Finn Balor & Damian Priest for the titles in Perth, Australia at Elimination Chamber.
