Rhea Ripley segment to kick off next WWE Raw
Rhea Ripley will kick off the Monday, August 12 WWE Raw.
A newly-announced Ripley segment will open the next WWE Raw as the show returns to USA Network on Monday after airing for two weeks on SyFy due to USA’s Olympics coverage.
Dominik Mysterio turned on Ripley at SummerSlam last weekend, aligning with Ripley’s rival Liv Morgan.
Another new segment has also been announced for the August 12 Raw, as top contender to the World Heavyweight Championship Randy Orton will make an appearance on the show. Orton will challenge Gunther for the World Heavyweight title at Bash in Berlin on August 31.
Already set for Raw are a two-out-of-three-falls match for the Intercontinental Championship between new title holder Bron Breakker & former champ Sami Zayn, plus a Women’s Tag Team Championship number one contenders match with IYO SKY & Kairi Sane vs. Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark.
