– Matt Hardy defeated Bray Wyatt

Hardy won in an average, by-the-books opener.

– Sasha Banks, Bayley & Mickie James vs. Absolution (Paige, Mandy Rose & Sonya Deville) ended in a no contest due to Paige suffering an injury

This ended prematurely due to an apparent injury suffered by Paige from a kick by Banks. Paige managed to walk away with help, though they brought a stretcher out initially.

– There was an in-ring segment with Elias, Luke Gallows, and Karl Anderson. They sang “Piano Man” by Billy Joel since the show was on Long Island, but they were interrupted by Goldust’s music.

– Heath Slater, Rhyno, Titus O’Neil, Apollo Crews & Goldust defeated Curtis Axel, Bo Dallas, Curt Hawkins & The Revival

Fun match that the crowd got into. There were lots of multi-man high spots.

– WWE Cruiserweight Champion Enzo Amore defeated Kalisto to retain his title

Before the match, Amore said it’s no wonder why the Islanders left for Brooklyn. He beat Kalisto with a roll-up while holding onto his tights. Amore’s hair weave flew off during the match and Kalisto briefly wore it for laughs.

– Samoa Joe defeated Finn Balor

Joe won by submission. Both got huge reactions.

– Asuka & Dana Brooke defeated Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss & Nia Jax

Asuka made Bliss tap out.

– Braun Strowman defeated Kane by DQ

The disqualification came when Kane used a chair. Strowman then powerslammed Kane through a table after the match.

Strowman took photos and signed autographs for fans at ringside for several minutes while the steel cage was being put up during intermission.

– Raw Tag Team Champions Seth Rollins & Jason Jordan defeated Cesaro & Sheamus in a steel cage match to retain their titles

This was decent for a cage match.

– Intercontinental Champion Roman Reigns defeated John Cena to retain his title

Reigns hit a spear to win after they had both kicked out of each other’s big moves. The match started slow but ended up being good despite the methodical pace.

Cena, Reigns, and Strowman got the biggest pops of the night.

– A return date was announced for an episode of Raw on May 7th.
