Show Recap —
The first hour of Raw is commercial-free.
There was a video recap of recent events involving the Bloodline.
Sami Zayn, the Usos and Solo Sikoa were shown arriving at the building. Zayn wore a “Feeling Ucey” shirt and they were all in a good mood.
Opening segment
Becky Lynch entered to a big reaction. Lynch said she missed the fans and it felt great to be back. The crowd chanted “welcome back.”
Lynch called herself ‘The Man of the people’ and wanted to be with the people so she went into the crowd and high-fived a bunch of fans as they chanted her name. Lynch spoke to a fan wearing a yellow X-Men hoodie named Bobby. (She picked him because she liked his sweater and he made sure to pull out his phone to tape the exchange.)
Lynch spoke about her return and jumping off the cage before being interrupted by Bayley. Bayley mocked her for hanging with the peasants so Lynch led them in another “Becky” chant to interrupt Bayley’s promo.
Bayley wasn’t impressed with Lynch’s WarGames performance and spoke about all of the stipulation matches she’s been in. Lynch told Bayley not to insult Bob so Bayley told Bob that he sucked. Lynch said the fans turned on Bayley because she kept losing — because she sucks.
Lynch said they could fight right now and give Bayley another loss. Bob told Lynch to go kick Bayley’s ass.
Lynch was about to march to the ring but IYO SKY (in a soft neck brace) and Dakota Kai went after her in the crowd. All three women attacked Lynch up to the concourse level (which was conveniently blocked off from the fans).
Lynch grabbed a gold chain from a merch desk and attacked Kai but Bayley hit her with a toy MITB briefcase. Lynch fought her off and actually stood tall over Damage CTRL before officials jumped in to break it up.
This was a good segment and Lynch came across like a superstar.
(Minor complaint: the concourse being blocked off made it feel fake moments after Lynch had what felt like a genuine interaction with the fans.)

Rhea Ripley (w/Dominik Mysterio) vs. “Michin” Mia Yim ended in a DQ or no contest (7:03)
Ripley blocked an Eat Defeat but Yim countered a Riptide into a spike DDT. Yim set up for a dive but Dom got on the apron to block her so Ripley attacked her from behind.
Dom just stood around in the ring for a moment until AJ Styles sprinted out and decked him so the ref called for the bell.
— Damian Priest, Finn Bálor, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows all ran down to get involved until OC cleared the ring.
Styles grabbed a mic as Judgment Day left. Styles thought it was over at Survivor Series but he was wrong so he challenged them to an 8-person tag match right to end it tonight. Judgment Day ran back down to the ring and everybody brawled. The ref started the match once Bálor and Styles finally wound up in the ring together.
8-person tag team match: Rhea Ripley, Dominik Mysterio, Damian Priest & Finn Bálor defeated Mia Yim, AJ Styles, Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows (14:23)
As Styles made his comeback on Bálor, Gallows wiped out Priest on the announce desk. Styles fended off Dom’s interference and gave Bálor a backflip DDT but Ripley broke up the cover. Ripley tried to kick Styles but Styles caught it. They teased that Styles might do something to her but Bálor gave him a slingblade.
Ripley and Yim made the hot tags and Yim gave her a running boot, cannonball and suicide dive. In the ring, Dom saved Priest from a Magic Killer and sent Anderson into the ring post. Priest chokeslammed Gallows so Styles took out Priest with a Phenomenal forearm.
Bálor chucked Styles from the ring before Yim bodyslammed Bálor — which got a big reaction. Yim went after Dom but Ripley kicked her leg out of her leg and hit a Riptide for the pinfall win.
This was a fun match and it helped that this crowd is way hotter than the Survivor Series crowd.

Byron Saxton interviewed the returning Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins. Ford said it was great to be back but despite how much has changed since he was gone the Street Profits were back in business. Chad Gable told them to shoosh.
Gable called himself the best thing about Raw and the show was better off without the Street Profits. Gable said Alpha Academy would put them back on the shelf for good. Dawkins called him an elf on the shelf. The Profits said they’d win because they want the smoke.

The Bloodline / Kevin Owens segment
The Bloodline (minus Roman Reigns and Paul Heyman) entered to a bring reaction and received chants of “we the ones” and “Sami Uso.” Jey said he might’ve broken his hand for real on Saturday but they still stood tall.
Jimmy said there were no cracks in the Bloodline for the first time ever. Jimmy said Kevin Owens was mad because Sami was their dog and not his. Sami and Jimmy did their handshake and the crowd cheered. Sami said Jimmy has had his back since day one.
Sami spoke about how much it meant that Jey finally embraced him and he called it “Ucey.” He said no matter what kind of business the Bloodline had, they would handle it together.
Sami and Jey hugged and the crowd cheered. Jimmy joined in and the crowd cheered. They excitedly asked Sikoa to join as the crowd chanted “Solo,” but he stood motionless until Kevin Owens interrupted.
Owens said he wasn’t here to stop Sami’s fun because he understood what Sami did. Owens referenced all of the times that he has turned his back on Sami so he didn’t blame him one bit.
Since Saturday, Owens has thought about how much their careers have been linked. However, after Saturday, he didn’t want anything to do with Sami anymore. He did want to fight Sami, team with him or ride to shows with him.
Sami said he felt the same way. He didn’t want to fight him or team with him or even be in the same room with him. Sami had family now. Owens was happy for Sami after everything he’s been through because now the fans could see what he already knew and that was how great Sami Zayn was.
Owens wanted Sami to know one thing about being a member of the Bloodline: “You’re not their real blood and you never will be.”
Sami didn’t know how to respond so Jey responded for him. Jey said Owens was just mad that he didn’t have family with him. Jey issued a warning. Owens said he was done with Sami Uso but not Jey Uso. They agreed to a match.
This was excellent.

Cathy Kelley interviewed Candice LaRae about getting attacked by Damage CTRL weeks ago. It seemed like LeRae was about to cut a sappy promo but she grabbed the mic from Kelley, looked into the camera and said she would take out Dakota Kai tonight.
[SECOND HOUR]
The Street Profits entered and they went to break for the first time this evening.
Saxton interviewed Matt Riddle and Elias. Riddle was having an awesome time teaming up with Elias. Elias was less enthused because he saw himself as more of a solo act but did enjoy their team. Riddle was happy and Elias said he’d love to be tag champions.
The Bloodline interrupted and told them that they’d never be tag champs. Elias challenged the Usos to a tag match and the Usos said “any time.”

The Street Profits defeated Alpha Academy (12:01)
Ford pinned Gable after a big frog splash.
The crowd really got into this and both Dawkins and Ford looked impressive. They put over Ford giving Otis a bodyslam.

Austin Theory promo
Theory bragged about his win to anyone who thought his cash-in was stupid and didn’t want to hear anyone call him “kid” again. He beat Seth Rollins and Bobby Lashley and was no longer the next big anything. He was the now and the face of Monday Night Raw.
Everyone has had a problem with him since day one because they were jealous. Everyone wanted to be him because he was younger, stronger and better. He called himself “the unescapable” and said the Austin Theory era started now.
Rollins interrupted. (Rollins wore a black lace top and lace pants.) Rollins made Theory listen to the fans sing his song. Theory wondered what it felt like to be the past. Rollins said Theory hasn’t accomplished anything because he knew that Monday nights still belonged to him.
Rollins had one final thing to say to him: “Congratulations, kid.” Theory was mad so Rollins challenged him to a match right now. Theory accepted — on his time. Theory walked away as Rollins chuckled.

Backstage, Miz had a big bag of money but told Saxton that he couldn’t go through with the match against Dexter Lumis because he re-injured his hand. Adam Pearce didn’t believe him because he taped up the wrong hand. Pearce said the match will happen. Miz threatened a lawsuit.
Anything goes match: Dexter Lumis defeated The Miz (9:55)
Miz tried to bail during his entrance but Pearce cut him off and grabbed the bag of money. Lumis decked Miz but Miz gave him a DDT as Lumis tried getting in the ring. Miz told the ref to start the match and Lumis popped right up as the bell rang.
Lumis was beating up Miz but after a break, Miz somehow had a large c-clamp clasped to Lumis’ head. I guess Miz was trying to crush Lumis’ head and the announcers were freaking out but it looked ridiculous.
Miz set up a table in the crowd but Lumis put him through it with an elbow drop. Miz dropped Lumis face-first into an exposed buckle and tried a cover with his feet on the rope but Lumis kicked out.
Lumis kipped up and put Miz in his Silence submission for the win.
— Pearce handed Lumis a contract and he signed it. Pearce also gave him the bag of money. Lumis handed out bills to a few kids around the front row.
Miz attacked Lumis from behind and took the money away from one kid (which the crowd did not like). Johnny Gargano superkicked Miz and gave the money back to the kid.
(I believe they crossed into the third hour during this match.)
********
Candice LaRae defeated Dakota Kai (12:19)
The match started during a break. Kai’s entrance was cut off and LaRae didn’t get one. Bayley and SKY tried to get involved during the break but were kicked out. Corey Graves noted that Kai was cleared to wrestle despite going the distance in WarGames last night.
They had a pretty good, back-and-forth match that went through a break (and got plenty of time despite not getting entrances). Kai set up a move on the ropes but LaRae countered into a swinging neckbreaker off the middle rope for the pinfall win.
********
Kelley interviewed Bianca Belair, Asuka and Alexa Bliss. Belair talked about calling Lynch to be on her team and was proud of her team for winning. Asuka was excited about the win as well.
Kelley asked Bliss for a response but she stared into nothingness for a moment. Bliss woke up and said she also thought calling Lynch was a great idea but she obviously wasn’t paying attention.

Kevin Owens defeated Jey Uso (w/Jimmy Uso, Solo Sikoa & Sami Zayn) (21:54)
Owens made a few comeback attempts but was quickly cut off each time and Jey controlled through two commercial breaks.
Owens finally managed to hit an avalanche fisherman’s buster and frog splash for two. There were dueling chants of “KO” and “Ucey” as Jey came back with a superkick. Jey couldn’t make a cover but came right back with a second superkick for a nearfall. Jey blocked a stunner and hit a third superkick for two.
Owens blocked a superkick and tried a pop-up powerbomb but his back gave out and he hunched forward. Jey hit a fourth superkick for another nearfall.
Owens knocked Jimmy off the apron but Sikoa dropped Owens as Jey distracted the referee.
Jey went for a splash but Owens dodged it and hit a stunner for the pinfall win. (Sami did not get involved but did slide into the ring as soon as it was over and acted shocked.)
This was great. The crowd was quiet at the beginning but was super into it once Owens fought back. They love the Bloodline but they like Owens too so they popped for the win.
