WWE Raw live results: Hell in a Cell fallout

The fallout from Hell in a Cell takes place on tonight’s Raw from the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Cody Rhodes will “address the WWE Universe” following his victory against Seth Rollins at Hell in a Cell. Rhodes battled through his torn pec injury to still work the match.

It’s expected that Rhodes will be getting surgery later this week.

Bianca Belair retained her Raw Women’s Championship by defeating Asuka and Becky Lynch in a triple threat match at Hell in a Cell. Tonight, a fatal four-way match will decide Belair’s next challenger. Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Doudrop, and Rhea Ripley will be the participants in the four-way bout.

Ripley’s Judgment Day faction defeated Morgan, Finn Balor & AJ Styles at Hell in a Cell. Judgment Day has promised that it will unveil a new member tonight.

Plus, Maryse returns to WWE television ahead of the premiere of the new season of Miz & Mrs. There will be a Miz TV segment with The Miz and Maryse tonight.

They showed a Cody Rhodes vs. Seth Rollins Hell in a Cell video package. It explained that Rhodes suffered a brutal pec injury but competed in the match anyway. 

Corey Graves announced that Judgement Day promises to reveal a new member in two hours. The graphic included a countdown clock.

Cody Rhodes Interview 

This was a good opening segment. 

Cody Rhodes made his way to the ring to a big pop. They showed various messages from wrestlers and fans praising Rhodes’s gutsy performance last night. The fans erupted into a loud “Cody” chant. Rhodes could barely move the injured part of his body.

Rhodes welcomed everyone to Monday Night Raw. The fans broke into a loud “Thank you, Cody” chant. He discussed his injury, but he didn’t want it to bring him down. Rhodes mentioned his daughter watching his performance last night someday. 

Rhodes gave a passionate speech about not giving up and fighting against one of the best in the game, Seth Rollins. The fans started a “Cody” chant. The fans booed Rollins, and Rhodes noted he doesn’t like him either. 

Rhodes pointed out he beat Rollins in the final match in the trilogy. He added that the feud with Rollins is over. Rhodes is ready to move on to what is above him. He looked up at the Money in the Bank briefcases hanging above the ring. Rhodes talked about winning Money in the Bank. He discussed the possibility of healing in time and winning the MITB. The fans popped. 

Seth Rollins’ music hit, and he made his way to the ring. He slowly limped to the ring. Rollins admitted he still hates Rhodes, but Rhodes earned his respect. He praised his gutsy performance last night. Rollins noted that Dusty is very proud of his baby boy right now. Rhodes became emotional, and the fans chanted “Cody.” 

Rollins mentioned Rhodes shaking his hand the night after WrestleMania. Now, Rollins wants to shake Rhodes’s hand. They shook hands, and the fans cheered. Rhodes watched Rollins walk to the back and was surprised. Graves noted Rhodes is getting surgery this week and doesn’t have much time to heal for Money in the Bank. 

Rhodes slowly walked back up the ramp waving at the fans. Suddenly, Rollins ran back out and attacked Rhodes with a sledgehammer. Referees and officials tried to break it up. Rollins viciously beat down Rhodes with the sledgehammer. The commentators were disgusted with Rollins’s attack. 

Back from the break, referees and officials helped Rhodes back to his feet. He refused a stretcher and got loud cheers. The fans applauded and cheered for Rhodes again. They recapped the attack as Rhodes walked to the back.

Graves, Jimmy Smith, and Byron Saxton discussed the attack. Graves and Saxton felt Rollins should feel ashamed of himself.

They showed a Bianca Belair vs. Becky Lynch vs. Asuka video package. 

Becky Lynch vs. Dana Brooke ended when Brooke won the 24/7 title (:40 seconds)

This was the beginning of a bizarre segment.

During her entrance, Lynch was clearly upset about losing last night. 

Lynch kicked Brooke at the bell when Akira Tozawa, Tamina, R-Truth, T-Bar, and Reginald ran down. Tozawa got in the ring, and Brooke rolled him up to win the 24/7 title. Somehow, that was the finish to Lynch vs. Brooke the first time.

Lynch was furious, but not because she’s in a 24/7 title segment. Only Lynch wins titles in her matches. She demanded a title shot against 24/7 Champion Booke right now. She added that nobody in the 24/7 division could interfere. 

24/7 Champion Dana Brooke defeated Becky Lynch (2:13)

This was the ending of a pretty bad segment. The match didn’t help anyone.

The match started back from the break. Asuka’s music hit, and she walked to the ring. Lynch was distracted, and Brooke rolled her up for a near fall. Lynch took over and beat down Brooke. 

The finish came when Lynch went for the Manhandle Slam, but Brooke reversed. Asuka held down Brooke so she could pin Lynch.

Miz TV

This was a good segment. Riddle, Miz, and Maryse had some funny moments. Riddle also challenged Roman Reigns for the Universal title. 

Miz introduced the love of his life Maryse to cheers. He discussed Money in the Bank and said the winner has an 85% of winning the WWE title. He promised to win and add it to his list of accomplishments. 

Miz noted tonight is a celebration because of the premiere of Miz & Mrs. after Raw. Maryse said she’s happy to be back but not in Green Bay. The fans started booing, and Miz’s hand went up. He told the fans to shut up, but Riddle’s music hit to a big pop. The fans broke into a loud “Bro” chant. 

Riddle introduced himself to Maryse and tried speaking French. Miz mocked Riddle and Randy Orton. He told Riddle to leave, and he tried to change the subject. 

Riddle told Miz to shut up because he does have something to say. He’s tired of fighting Roman Reigns’ minions. Riddle wants to take something from Reigns. He promised to defeat Reigns for the WWE Undisputed Universal title. 

Riddle challenged Miz to a match right now. Riddle pointed out that Cena’s Peacemaker, but Miz is playing homemaker. He mocked Miz and said he has tiny balls. Maryse tried to help and said he has average balls. That was funny. 

Miz pointed out he was in a tuxedo and not dressed to compete. He turned down the challenge and started to leave. Suddenly, Ciampa jumped Riddle from behind and rocked him with a knee to the head. 

Miz changed his mind and decided to accept Riddle’s challenge. He called for a referee. 

Riddle defeated The Miz (w/Maryse) (2:20)

This was a fine two-minute match. The fans were into it and popped for Riddle’s win. Ciampa disappeared and played no role in the match.

The match started during the break. Miz was firmly in control, but Riddle fought back. He caught Miz with the Draping DDT and set up for the RKO. Miz avoided the RKO and rolled out of the ring. 

Riddle tried to kick Miz, but Maryse pulled him out of the way. Riddle chased Miz and ripped his pants off. Miz recovered and briefly took over. He grabbed Maryse’s purse and tried to hit Riddle. Riddle avoided the purse and hit the RKO for the win.

Championship Contenders Match: The Street Profits defeated WWE Unified Tag Team Champions The Usos via countout (16:25)

This was a really good match until the finish. The Street Profits earned a title shot by winning due to a countout. They could have easily scored a pin in a non-title match to set up the title shot instead, 

The Street Profits wasted no time and went for several early near falls. The Usos regrouped at ringside and took over. Jey backed Montez Ford in the corner and beat him down. Ford fought back with hard chops and a standing dropkick. 

Angela Dawkins ran wild on Jey and scored a close two-count. Ford sent Jey to the floor and hit a senton off the stairs. 

Back from the break, The Usos gave Dawkins a double spine buster to gain control. They isolated Dawkins on their side of the ring. Jimmy hit the Rikishi splash and stomped on his hand. Dawkins ended up on the apron and briefly fought back. 

The Usos regained momentum after throwing Dawkins into the ring steps. 

Back from the break, Jey scored a near fall on Ford. Dawkins made a blind tag, and Ford hit a dive onto Jey. Jimmy then hit dive onto Ford. 

The fans started buzzing, and Dawkins hit a flip dive wiping out The Usos. Ford then hit a huge frog splash for a near fall, but Jimmy broke up the pin attempt. 

The finish came when Ford and Jey were brawling around ringside. Jey sent Ford into the ring post. Ford recovered and dumped Jey over the barricade. He jumped back in the ring to beat the ten count and won by countout. 

After the match, Riddle ran out to celebrate with the Street Profits. They receive a future title shot against The Usos.

Bobby Lashley Segment 

This was a fine segment. 

Bobby Lashley made his way to the ring. The fans broke into a loud “Bobby” chant back from the break. Lashley discussed defeating MVP and Omos last night. He talked about MVP and the ending of their friendship.

Lashley claimed that MVP and Omos are now in his rearview mirror. He was about to announce his next plans when U.S. Champion Theory interrupted. Theory walked to the ring and mocked Lashley for needing help to win last night. Theory told Lashley to leave his ring after taking a selfie. 

Lashley was furious and demanded a match. Theory flexed his bicep, but Lashley put him to shame. Lashley challenged Theory to a title match, and the fans popped. 

Theory turned down the challenge and added Lashey doesn’t deserve a title shot. Lashley heard enough and knocked Theory out of the ring to end the segment.

They recapped Veer Mahaan attacking Rey and Dominik Mysterio. 

Veer Mahaan defeated Dominik Mysterio (w/Rey Mysterio) via DQ (9:18)

This was an okay match with a weak finish. 

Earlier today, Mahaan promised to beat Dominik in front of his father, Rey.

Dominik mocked Mahaan, so he chased him around ringside. Dominik rocked Mahaan with a series of kicks for the brief advantage. Mahaan recovered and rocked Dominik with a vicious tackle. 

Mahaan took over and tossed Dominik out of the ring. He grabbed Dominik and threw him into Rey to a chorus of boos. Mahaan rocked Rey with a boot to the face. 

Back from the break, Mahaan was firmly in control. He went for a power slam, but Dominik slipped out. Mahaan missed a shoulder tackle, and Dominik hit a 619 in the post. He followed up with a frog splash for a close near fall. 

Mahaan rocked Dominik with a clothesline and set up for his submission. Rey jumped in and attacked Mahaan for a disqualification. He followed up with the 619 with Mahaan on the floor.

They recapped Judgement Day defeating AJ Styles, Finn Balor, and Liv Morgan at Hell in a Cell. 

The Judgment Day Reveals Newest Member 

This was a good segment. Edge introduced Finn Balor as the newest member of The Judgement Day. However, Balor, Preist, and Ripley turned on Edge and beat him down. 

Edge, Rhea Ripley, and Damien Priest made their way to the ring to reveal the newest member. Priest demanded the fans all rise for The Judgement Day. Ripley claimed it was their destiny to win last night. She added that they have no limitations, and nothing holds them back anymore. The fans broke into a loud “What” chant. 

Priest mentioned Ripley competing in the number one contender’s match later. Edge spoke and told the fans to listen because the adult was talking now. He praised Ripley and Priest. Edge added that their message has spread. 

Edge introduced the newest member and Finn Balor’s music hit. Balor got in the ring and shook Edge’s hand. Edge was surprised to hear from Balor. He noted he saw a change in Balor’s face during the match. He added that Balor reached out to Priest and Ripley. 

Balor has clarity now. He thanked Ripley and Preist for helping. He was impressed when Ripley stood in between him and Edge. Balor spoke with Priest and Ripley and realized they have a lot in common. They’re tired of being told what to do. 

Priest spoke to Edge and talked about everything he did for them. He added they’re ready to shed the last thing holding them back, Edge. Priest looked at Edge and rocked him with a clothesline. Balor, Priest, and Ripley turned on Edge and beat him down. 

Edge tried to fight back, but Balor and Priest took over. They dragged Edge out of the ring. Priest then gave Edge a Razor’s Edge through the announce table. They pulled off a piece of a chair, and Balor locked on the cross face with it. Priest then gave Edge a con-chairto to loud boos. 

Referees and officials tried to help, but Ripley kept them out of the ring.

They recapped Bobby Lashley beating Omos & MVP with Cedric Alexander’s help at Hell in a Cell.

Omos (w/MVP) defeated Cedric Alexander (:08)

This was a complete squash. The match was a backdrop to set up an angle between Omos & MVP and The Dirty Dawgs. The bell rang, and Omos hit the tree slam to win in eight seconds.

As Omos was leaving, Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode returned. Kevin Patrick interviewed The Dirty Dawgs at the Okerlund position. MVP and Omos were furious that Patrick was interviewing them. He yelled at Ziggler and Roode. Ziggler then hit MVP with a superkick, and they took off. Omos and MVP ran after them.

Ezekiel defeated Otis (w/Chad Gable) (2:18)

This was an okay match.

Otis rocked Ezekiel with a forearm to gain the early advantage. He threw Ezekiel across the ring and slowed the pace down. Ezekiel fought back, but he couldn’t knock Otis down. Otis tried to fight back, but Ezekiel caught him with a crucifix for the win. 

After the match, Ezekiel called out Kevin Owens and challenged him to a rematch next week. Owens came out and noted he was in a good mood. He agreed to the rematch as long as Ezekiel admits that he’s Elias right now. Ezekiel took the mic and admitted that he was Elias. 

Owens was thrilled and celebrated. He was so happy to be right. Ezekiel confirmed that he’s got a rematch next week. He then admitted that he lied and he’s not Elias. Ezekiel rocked Owens with a jumping knee to end the segment.

Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair made her way to ringside to watch the next match.

They recapped Finn Balor, Damien Priest, and Rhea Ripley turning on Edge earlier. They took Edge out on a stretcher. Jimmy Smith added that Edge went to a local medical facility with head injuries. 

Fatal Four-Way: Rhea Ripley defeated Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, and Doudrop (w/Nikki ASH) (14:34)

This was a good fatal four-way that picked up towards the end.

Doudrop and Ripley cleared the ring and faced off. Ripley caught Doudrop with a superkick. Doudrop fought back with a back elbow, but Morgan and Bliss pulled her out. Ripley caught Morgan with a clothesline back in the ring. 

Ripley beat down Bliss and sent her into the corner. Ripley was firmly in control. At ringside, Bliss jumped off the apron, but Ripley caught her. Morgan then dropkicked Bliss and Ripley. Doudrop then wiped out Morgan.

Back from the break, Doudrop was in control with a chin lock on Bliss. She followed up with a splash in the corner. Morgan jumped back in and rocked Ripley with a dropkick. Morgan caught Ripley with a hurricanrana. Doudrop hit a splash on Bliss for a near fall. She then hit a sit-out powerbomb on Morgan for a near fall. 

Doudrop and Ripley fought on the top rope. Morgan and Bliss gave Doudrop a double powerbomb as Doudrop suplexed Ripley. The fans popped for the spot. Morgan and Bliss traded near falls. They rolled around the ring in a small package. 

Bliss went for Twisted Bliss, but Morgan got her knees up. Doudrop tossed Bliss out of the ring. Morgan went for oblivion on Doudrop, but Nikki ASH interfered. 

Doudrop hit the Michinoku Driver on Morgan for a near fall, but Ripley broke up the pin attempt. Ripley then hit the Rip Tide on Doudrop for the win. The fans popped for the finish. Ripley takes on Raw Women’s Champion Bianca Belair at Money in the Bank.

Finn Balor and Damien Priest came back to pose with Ripley as she had a staredown with Belair to end Raw.
