WWE Paris live results: Rousey wrestles in six-woman tag match

– Raw Tag Team Champions Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt defeated The B-Team (Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas) and Heath Slater & Rhyno to retain their titles
Hardy and Wyatt retained with the double Sister Abigail.
– WWE Cruiserweight Champion Cedric Alexander defeated Mustafa Ali to retain his title
From a technical standpoint, this was probably the best match on the show. They struggled to get the audience going but got a “This is awesome” chant after a while. Alexander won with the Lumbar Check.
Of note, a section of the crowd kept chanting “We want Petiot,” in reference to Cruiserweight Classic participant Clement Petiot. The wrestlers acknowledged them and, after the match, Alexander went to salute them, took one of their signs, and posed with it on the entrance ramp. There were big cheers for that moment.
Ali posted a picture online of staples in his head that he needed following this match.
– Zack Ryder & Chad Gable defeated Goldust & Mojo Rawley
Gable pinned Goldust with a roll-up.
– Finn Balor defeated Baron Corbin
Balor hit the Coup de Grace to pick up the win.
– Raw Women’s Champion Nia Jax defeated Alexa Bliss, Bayley, and Sasha Banks to retain her title
Jax won with a Samoan drop where she had Bayley and Bliss on her shoulders, pinning Bliss.
– Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins defeated Jinder Mahal (w/ Sunil Singh) to retain his title
Along with the main event, this had some of the biggest crowd reactions of the night. Rollins was super over and won with the Curb Stomp.
This was a good, but it was similar to the Balor match. The heel took most of it before the babyface got their offense in at the end.
– Elias did an in-ring segment where he spoke French, trying to get the crowd to sing along and then insulting their singing. Bobby Roode came out and Elias thought he wanted to sing too.
The crowd wanted Roode to sing his theme song, but Elias attacked him from behind. Roode hit the Glorious DDT and sent Elias packing before briefly celebrating with the crowd.
– Ronda Rousey, Natalya & Ember Moon defeated Mickie James, Ruby Riott & Liv Morgan
Natalya was beaten down for most of the match until Rousey got the hot tag and made James tap out with an armbar. Rousey was very over.
– Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman & Bobby Lashley defeated Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn & Samoa Joe
Owens grabbed the mic before the bell but said that the crowd didn’t deserve to hear them speak French. The heels beat down on Lashley for a while. Owens and Zayn were booed, but the crowd was into Joe. They went crazy for everything Strowman and Reigns did.
In the end, the faces each hit their finisher on the heels and Reigns pinned Owens with the spear. Lashley stayed behind longer than the other two, spending time with everyone in the first row.
