This was the biggest crowd for a house show here in years.

– Raw Tag Team Champions Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson defeated Enzo Amore & Big Cass, Sheamus & Cesaro, and The New Day when Anderson pinned Big E with a roll-up with his feet on the ropes.

– Austin Aries defeated WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville in a non-title match with the Discus Fivearm.

– Golden Truth & Curtis Axel defeated The Shining Stars & Titus O’Neil when R-Truth pinned O’Neil with a roll-up.

After the match, O’Neil started to insult the crowd and called out anyone from the back. Sin Cara answered the challenge.

– Sin Cara defeated Titus O’Neil in two minutes with the Dragon Bomb.

– Roman Reigns defeated Samoa Joe by DQ when Joe hit him with a chair.

Very good match. There were “Let’s go Roman/Roman sucks” chants. The women and kids were cheering for Reigns and the men were cheering for Joe. Reigns hit the spear on Joe after the match.

– They announced that the main event would be a Montreal street fight between Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.

– Raw Women’s Champion Bayley, Sasha Banks & Dana Brooke defeated Charlotte Flair, Alicia Fox & Nia Jax with Bayley hitting the Bayley-to-Belly on Charlotte.

– Finn Balor defeated Jinder Mahal with the Coup de Grace.

This was well above what fans expected, both in terms of quality and length.

– Sami Zayn defeated Kevin Owens in a Montreal street fight

Owens got a slightly better pop than Zayn. At one point, the crowd chanted “We want tables” and Owens took the mic and said in French that if the fans would have asked in French he would have done it, but since they didn’t, they can suck it. Of course, the crowd chanted “We want tables” in French. Owens took the mic back and said “Sorry, I don’t speak French!” There was great heat for that.

Zayn ended up bringing a table, which got a huge pop, but quickly, Owens put him through for a two count. Zayn also used a hockey stick while Owens used a kendo stick.

They brought two more tables in the match. Owens went through one for another false finish. Zayn powerbombed him in a third table, then hit three Helluva Kicks for the win.

The two tables Owens went in, shockingly, didn’t break. Each time Owens hit the edge of the table.

This was the first time since 1994, when Jacques Rougeau Jr. wrestled Pierre-Carl Ouellet in Rougeau’s first retirement match, that two Quebecers main evented a WWE show in a one-on-one match in Montreal.

Nobody else got real heat. Even though they did work heel, Samoa Joe and Charlotte got mixed reaction since a good portion of the crowd was just happy to see them. And Roman was a babyface with the women and kids and a heel with the men.
