The finish came after one of the Usos celebrated on the turnbuckle and turned around into a gore by Rhyno.
– Apollo Crews def. Curt Hawkins
Crews went over in seven minutes. Crowd didn’t seem interested apart from a handful of “Who are you?” chants directed at Hawkins.
– Baron Corbin pinned Jack Swagger
Match was over in around ten minutes. There was a couple of comedy spots during the match, but Corbin rolled up Swagger holding onto the trunks.
– Nikki Bella and Naomi def. Natalya and Carmella
– Kane and American Alpha def. Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Randy Orton
Despite being with the Wyatts, Orton was the most over star in the match. The match finished with Kane chokeslamming Harper for the pinfall. Jason Jordan also suplexed Harper which was very impressive.
– Hype Bros def. The Ascension
After the match, The Vaudevillains came out and challenged Hype Bros to be manly instead of hype and to a match. They jumped Mojo, but Zack won with a rollup in less than a minute.
– IC Champion Dolph Ziggler def. The Miz in a street fight to retain
The crowd chanted for tables for most of the match which seemed to ruin the atmosphere of the match. Eventually a table was brought out, and Miz sent himself through it before Ziggler hit a superkick. Match was nearly 23 minutes.
– WWE Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch def. Alexa Bliss
Alexa came out to a mild response, mainly boos, but a few cheers. Becky got a fantastic pop and the crowd sang her theme at the top of her voice until the match started when they sat silently, only responding to pinfalls.
Alexa dominated the match, but Becky locked in a Disarmher and Alexa tapped out in about nine minutes.
– WWE Champion AJ Styles def. Dean Ambrose
After both guys made their entrances, Greg Hamilton announced that James Ellsworth was the special guest time keeper to a massive pop, AJ grabbed a mic and said that he refused to wrestle if Ellsworth was ringside and began walking the ramp before Daniel Bryan came out to the loudest pop of the night and announced that AJ had signed a contract saying he’ll defend the title and he would be stripped of it if he didn’t.
The match went about 20 minutes while most parents left during the match with their children. The finish was AJ ripping the turnbuckle pad off. Later in the match, he sent Ambrose to the corner who hit his face on the exposed metal, and AJ rolled him up. Post-match, AJ went to attack Ambrose with the chair before Ellsworth stepped in the way. Ambrose laid AJ out with a Dirty Deeds sending the fans home happy.
