WWE Barcelona & Aberdeen live results: Styles vs. Joe no DQ match

WWE’s European tour continued on Sunday with a Raw house show in Barcelona, Spain and a SmackDown house show in Aberdeen, Scotland.

– Finn Balor defeated Bobby Lashley

Balor was very over and won via roll-up.

– Elias came out to a big reaction. He sang for a bit until The Riott Squad and Alexa Bliss came out and sang “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” with him really badly. Elias brought out Nia Jax, Dana Brooke, Sasha Banks, and Bayley, who all received a big ovation and chants.

– Nia Jax, Dana Brooke, Sasha Banks & Bayley defeated The Riott Squad (Ruby Riott, Liv Morgan & Sarah Logan) & Alexa Bliss

Bliss did nothing physical. The match ended with Jax pinning Riott after a Samoan drop.

– The B-Team defeated The Revival

The B-Team won with a roll-up. They were very over, with the crowd constantly chanting “B-Team.”

– Braun Strowman defeated Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre in a handicap match

Strowman got a huge reaction. He won after a powerslam on Ziggler, then had a staredown with McIntyre after the match.

– AOP & Jinder Mahal defeated Apollo Crews, Heath Slater & Rhyno

Crews got a big reaction.

– Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey defeated Nikki Bella to retain her title

Rousey came out wearing an FC Barcelona shirt. She was really over with the crowd and they kept chanting her name.

They had a short match. After some offense from Bella, Rousey locked on the armbar and won by submission.

– Seth Rollins came out, but he got beaten up by Dean Ambrose before he could do anything. Baron Corbin then entered and made a match between himself and Rollins for the Intercontinental title.

– Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins defeated Baron Corbin to retain his title

Rollins was winning before Corbin hit him with a chair for the disqualification. Corbin restarted it as a no DQ match, called out the heels, and they beat Rollins up. Matt Hardy led the babyfaces out as a result, but Ziggler and McIntyre came out and helped the heels.

Strowman came down and cleaned house, chasing off the heels. Corbin tried to hit Rollins with the title, but Rollins dodged and hit his finisher to win. All the babyfaces aside from Strowman celebrated. Rollins got the biggest reaction of the night.

– Daniel Bryan defeated The Miz

Miz cut a promo before the match saying that he was screwed out of the finals of the tournament at Crown Jewel. Miz was also selling his “injury” from the show.

– The Usos defeated The Colons

The Colons attacked The Usos before the match, but Jimmy Uso got the pin on Primo.

– Rusev defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas

– SmackDown Tag Team Champions Cesaro & Sheamus defeated The New Day to retain their titles

Cesaro pinned Big E with a roll-up.

– Asuka & Naomi defeated Peyton Royce & Billie Kay and Carmella & Lana in a triple threat tag match

Asuka got the win with the Asuka Lock. There was a dance break after the match.

– Rey Mysterio & Jeff Hardy defeated Shinsuke Nakamura & Randy Orton

Mysterio pinned Nakamura after hitting the 619.

– Mark Andrews & Trent Seven defeated Mark & Joe Coffey

Andrews pinned Joe Coffey after a moonsault.

– SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch defeated Charlotte Flair to retain her title

Lynch retained with a roll-up.

– WWE Champion AJ Styles defeated Samoa Joe in a no DQ match to retain his title

Styles retained after hitting the Phenomenal Forearm. Cesaro and Sheamus attacked Styles in the middle of the match, but The Usos made the save.
