NXT St. Petersburg, FL, live results: Rachael Ellering debuts

At NXT’s house show in St. Petersburg, Florida on Thursday night, Rachael Ellering (the Mae Young Classic’s Rachel Evers) had her first match since signing with WWE.

Ellering teamed with Deonna Purrazzo and lost to Mia Yim & Taynara Conti. Ellering was an entrant in the 2017 and 2018 Mae Young Classics and has appeared as an enhancement wrestler on NXT television in the past, but this was her first match for WWE since signing with the company and reporting to the Performance Center last month.

Ellering made it to the second round of the 2017 Mae Young Classic and lost in the first round of last year’s tournament.

– Adrian Jaoude (w/ Cezar Bononi) defeated Denzel Dejournette

– Sean “X-Pac” Waltman, who is guest coaching at the Performance Center this week, made an appearance in front of the crowd.

– Mia Yim & Taynara Conti defeated Rachel Evers & Deonna Purrazzo

– Mansoor Al-Shehail facing Eric Bugenhagen in a “rock off” led to a fight where Bugenhagen got the better of it. He then did a concert.

– Punishment Martinez defeated Kassius Ohno

– The Undisputed Era (Kyle O’Reilly & Bobby Fish) defeated Raul Mendoza & Humberto Carrillo

– NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler defeated Bianca Belair to retain her title

– NXT North American Champion Velveteen Dream defeated Roderick Strong to retain his title
