NXT Cleveland, OH, live results: Bobby Roode vs. Tye Dillinger

– Aleister Black defeated Patrick Clark

– Nikki Cross defeated Macey Estrella

– No Way Jose came out for an interview regarding his scheduled match with Elias Samson. Since The Drifter lost in a “loser leaves NXT” match with Kassius Ohno in a previous taping, Jose had no match tonight.

Samson’s music hit and out came “The Wanderer” (Samson in a mask) and he came to the ring and sang about how Cleveland sucked. Jose countered with a song of his own but was attacked by The Wanderer. Jose then challenged him to a match.

– No Way Jose defeated The Wanderer

– Shinsuke Nakamura defeated Andrade “Cien” Almas

– DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) defeated SAnitY (Killian Dain & Alexander Wolfe) w/ Eric Young

Ciampa let Gargano have the ring to himself to thank his hometown crowd after the match.

– NXT Women’s Champion Asuka defeated Liv Morgan to retain her title

– NXT Champion Bobby Roode defeated Tye Dillinger to retain his title

Eric Young came down and interfered to cost Dillinger the match.

Young and Roode were about to beat down Dillinger when Nakamura’s theme hit and he came in for the save. He dumped Young over the top rope and hit Roode with a Kinshasa. Nakamura helped Dillinger up and he thanked Nakamura for the save. Dillinger thanked Cleveland and asked DIY to come out. DIY’s music hit and they came out and posed for the crowd.
