Report: WWE has discussed bringing back Karrion Kross

Karrion Kross has been discussed as someone who could potentially return to WWE.
According to a report from Fightful Select, Kross has been “discussed as a name of interest” the company could bring back. Kross and his wife, Scarlett Bordeaux, were released from the company on November 4, 2021.
WWE has already seen one previously released wrestler return since Vince McMahon’s departure. Dakota Kai returned to WWE at SummerSlam on Saturday after having been released from the company on April 29.
Kross first signed with WWE in early 2020 and debuted in NXT that April. He defeated Keith Lee to win the NXT Championship in just his seventh match for the company at TakeOver XXX. Kross never lost a singles match in NXT until dropping the title to Samoa Joe at TakeOver 36.
On the July 19, 2021, edition of WWE Raw, Kross lost his main roster debut to Jeff Hardy in under 2 minutes. He was given a new look, entrance, and Scarlett no longer accompanied him to ringside.
Since leaving WWE, Kross has performed for MLW, NJPW of America, CYN, Warrior Wrestling, and most recently for Jim Crockett Promotions at Ric Flair’s Last Match
