Pretty Deadly earn Undisputed WWE Tag Team title shot

Pretty Deadly are next in line for a shot at the Undisputed WWE Tag Team titles.
Friday’s SmackDown saw Pretty Deadly defeat The Brawling Brutes in the last match in a six-team gauntlet to determine the next challengers for the Undisputed Tag Team titles. Brawling Brutes had defeated The Street Profits, the LWO, Gallows & Anderson, and Hit Row before facing the last team, Pretty Deadly. The finish saw Elton Prince blind tag himself in as Sheamus hit the celtic cross on Kit Wilson. Prince then hit a leg drop from the top rope and pinned Sheamus. As a result, they will challenge champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn for the titles on the June 30 edition of SmackDown in London, England.
After the match, Pretty Deadly were still celebrating their win when Owens & Zayn came out. The two teams exchanged words until Owens & Zayn decided to hit the ring, with Pretty Deadly bailing.
The match was set up last week after multiple teams confronted Owens & Zayn, wanting the next shot at the titles. A gauntlet match was then set for Friday’s show. Another title match, Asuka defending the WWE Women’s Championship against Charlotte Flair, is also set for the June 30 edition of SmackDown.
