Opponent revealed for Logan Paul’s return to boxing

Logan Paul has an opponent for his return to boxing.

It was announced today that Paul will face Dillon Danis in a boxing match on Saturday, October 14. The fight is taking place in Manchester, England and will be available live on DAZN pay-per-view.

Danis is an MMA fighter who is part of Conor McGregor’s entourage. Danis last fought for Bellator MMA in 2019.

“OCTOBER 14 I return to boxing after fighting Floyd Mayweather over 2 years ago,” Paul wrote. “I doubt this little parasite will show up but if he does I’m going to erase him from existence. The PRIME Card — Oct 14 in Manchester, live on DAZN PPV!”

The Paul vs. Danis fight is part of a double main event with KSI vs. Tommy Fury. The event is called The Prime Card and is being promoted by Misfits Boxing.

Earlier this year, Danis was supposed to box KSI but pulled out of the fight before it took place. This will be Danis’ boxing debut.

Paul last competed in boxing in a 2021 exhibition match against Floyd Mayweather. Since then, Paul has become a regular competitor for WWE. He’s had seven WWE matches, most recently defeating Ricochet at SummerSlam this past Saturday. The finish of their match was Paul pinning Ricochet after using brass knuckles.

Paul flew from Detroit to Dallas immediately after facing Ricochet so that he could be there to watch his brother Jake Paul defeat Nate Diaz in boxing.
