Odyssey Jones makes WWE Raw debut, aligns with The New Day
Odyssey Jones has made his Raw debut.
During a match between The New Day and AOP, Karrion Kross interfered in their match, allowing AOP to gain control. It was then that Odyssey made his debut, laying out Karrion Kross. The distraction allowed The New Day to score the victory. AOP attacked Xavier Woods after the match but Odyssey came into the ring and laid both Akam and Rezar with a double sidewalk slam.
Backstage, Kofi Kingston was celebrating with Odyssey but Woods seemed apprehensive about the situation, saying he didn’t know Odyssey and Kingston were friends. Kingston explained they had met while he was training at the WWE Performance Center.
Triple H wrote about Odyssey’s debut on X.
“Strength, size, star power… and he’s only getting started. Odyssey Jones is a game-changer,” he wrote.
Signing with the WWE in 2019, Odyssey was called up to the main roster as part of the 2023 WWE Draft. However, he mostly wrestled dark matches. As part of the 2024 Draft back in April, he was moved to Raw.
