Natalya set for Lucha Libre AAA debut
Natalya is set to make her AAA debut.
She’s been announced for the promotion’s show on Friday, July 25 at the Gimnasio Olímpico Juan de la Barrera in Mexico City. The show goes head to head with CMLL’s event at Arena Mexico that night with Hechicero vs. Mistico and Neon vs. Mascara Dorada.
“NATALYA will visit MEXICO CITY to take part in the #AlianzasAAA tour event this FRIDAY, July 25,” AAA wrote on X.
An opponent for Natalya has not been named. However, Lola Vice is advertised to be wrestling alongside a mystery partner on the show in a triple threat tag bout against Lady Shani & Faby Apache and Dalys & Chik Tormenta.
The show on Friday will also feature El Grande Americano (allegedly Ludwig Kaiser) vs. Octagon Jr., and a match between Alberto El Patron and El Mesias with the stipulation that El Patron must leave AAA if he loses.
It will be Natalya’s fourth match this year for a promotion other than WWE, although WWE purchased AAA earlier this year. She beat Miyu Yamashita for GCW in April, lost to Kenzie Paige at the NWA Crockett Cup in May, and beat Promise Braxton at a Reality of Wrestling event last month.
