The Miz to co-host USA Network competition series ‘Cannonball’

The Miz will be one of the hosts of a new competition reality series coming to the USA Network.
The USA Network announced today that The Miz and Rocsi Diaz will co-host “Cannonball.” Comedian Simon Gibson will be the sideline reporter for the show.
USA noted that the series will feature “contestants from all across America who face off in the biggest, wettest, slippery-est water sports competition ever created. From sliding off a 100-foot waterslide to rocketing off one of the world’s fastest drop towers, ‘Cannonball’ contestants will battle a variety of water obstacles to win a $10K cash prize.”
Miz wrote about the news: “Incredibly happy, honored, over the moon to be the host of @USA_Network’s new show ‘Cannonball.’ These posts all may sound the same, but when you set out with a vision of what you want to do and that vision starts taking shape, it just feels good. Every project for me is a passion project because I put everything in to making it the very best it can be. No shortcuts, no phoning it in. Along with me are two incredible talents. Emmy award winning television host @rocsidiaz who showcases her quick wit and @simeygibson is sure to make you cry laughing. We had amazing chemistry from the start and I can’t wait for you to see it. See you this summer on #Cannonball”
“Cannonball” will feature 10 episodes, with summer 2020 listed as when it will premiere.
Miz and Maryse are the stars of USA Network’s “Miz & Mrs.” Season two of that show will debut on Wednesday, January 29.
