Liv Morgan returns to WWE Raw during Lana-Lashley wedding angle

fThree weeks after WWE began hyping her reintroduction, Liv Morgan returned as part of Lana and Bobby Lashley’s wedding angle.

The segment took place at the end of tonight’s Raw. It was first interrupted by people playing Lana’s first husband and Lashley’s first wife. Morgan then came out to the stage, objected to the wedding, and said that it had to stop.

Morgan said that the love of her life was right there and that she wouldn’t have made it through this year without them. Morgan said she came to WWE as a lost soul, and she didn’t know that she could be herself until they met and fell in love.

Morgan asked how they could do this to her. Lashley didn’t know what she was talking about, and Morgan said she wasn’t talking about him — she was talking about Lana.

After Morgan got in the ring and tried to plead with her, Lana slapped Morgan and they started brawling. Morgan was taken away, but Rusev emerged from an oversized cake that was in the ring. He attacked Lashley, then Morgan came back and shoved Lana’s face into the cake.

Videos hyping Morgan’s return began airing on the December 9 episode of Raw. Prior to tonight, the last time Morgan had appeared on WWE television in person was when she faced Charlotte Flair on SmackDown in July.
